Findings with evidence and a work plan.

Good fit

You need to decide what to fix first.

Choose Signal Audit when several things might be wrong and you want to sequence the work. Choose Offer Tune-Up when the issue is specifically positioning and copy, or Launch QA Pass when the site is nearly ready.

This is a five-business-day diagnosis. It does not include implementation, a full rewrite, or ongoing consulting.

Scope and delivery

What we deliver.

Scope: One storefront, its primary buyer path, and up to three representative page templates.
Timing: Five business days from the confirmed start.

Your handoff includes

  1. An annotated review of the offer, page hierarchy, and primary buyer path.
  2. A ranked issue register separating observed failures from hypotheses, with evidence and suggested effort.
  3. A now / next / later action plan with a proposed owner and acceptance check for each priority.
  4. A written decision brief and one clarification pass on the findings.

Prepare before we start

  • The storefront or staging URL and the one action you want visitors to take.
  • Your offer, intended audience, recurring buyer questions, and known constraints.
  • Existing aggregate analytics if available; the audit can proceed with explicitly labeled evidence gaps.

Describe the work in the brief. We arrange account access after agreeing on scope. Do not send passwords or customer records.

How we check completion

  • Every priority names the page or step, the supporting observation, and the proposed change.
  • Recommendations distinguish measured evidence from assumptions and do not invent conversion impact.
  • You can hand the brief to an implementer without needing a new discovery exercise.
01

Agree the scope

We confirm fit, the deliverable list, start date, review points, and price in writing before requesting payment. Turnarounds start after the required material and access are ready.

02

Review the work

One named owner returns consolidated feedback. Revision rounds refine the agreed work; new pages, providers, or functionality are quoted separately before they are added. Delayed access or feedback moves the schedule.

03

Receive the handoff

You receive the promised files or source changes, the verification record, remaining dependencies, and ownership instructions. A published page is not described as payment-ready until the live payment path is verified.

Your proposal confirms the pages, files, timing, and price before work starts. Review the refund policy and terms before approving a proposal.

Before you brief us

What you receive.

What do I receive?

You receive a written diagnosis of the storefront and buyer path, a prioritized list of issues, and a practical next-step plan for implementation.

Does the audit include implementation?

No. Signal Audit is a decision document, not a build or rewrite. If implementation is a fit, the findings can inform a separately scoped service.
