Privacy Policy

This page describes the information handled by the Pagemage website as it is currently configured. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, government ID numbers, or confidential information through a site form.

Information you choose to send

If you request a launch discount or use the Launch Score follow-up form, we store your email address, signup time, source, campaign attribution, and (for the score form) a broad score band. This is a request for limited launch notes, which may include a discount notice; it is not enrollment in an ongoing newsletter. The form currently saves the request; it does not send an automatic email sequence.

A service brief may contain your name and email, business or website, the service you selected, project or audience context, timeline, and the notes you choose to provide. A partner request may contain your name and email, channel, approximate audience size, audience description, and optional notes. We use these submissions to review fit and respond to the request. A form submission does not create a service contract or partner relationship.

When configured, these forms save their records in a private Pagemage repository using the GitHub Contents API. If a form cannot save, the page may offer an email fallback; information you choose to send by email is handled by the email services used to send and receive it.

Checkout and payment information

When checkout is enabled, Stripe processes payment details and sends the receipt. Our server contacts Stripe to look up prices and verify completed checkout sessions. The server receives the purchaser email needed to confirm delivery and provide support; we do not receive or store payment-card numbers.

If optional billing-event storage is configured, verified Stripe events are reduced to operational fields such as event type and time, product tier, amount and currency, payment or subscription status, and Stripe customer or subscription identifiers. Those records are saved in the private repository described above. They do not include card numbers or the purchaser's email address.

Website operation and local storage

Pagemage is hosted by Vercel, which processes requests and standard server logs. The site uses Vercel's same-origin analytics client to count page views. It is also set up to send first-party action events (for example, which pricing tier was selected, whether a free preview was opened, or whether checkout was started). Custom action-event reports are unavailable on our current Vercel plan. These events carry only allowlisted fields such as the page path, the offer or product identifier, and a campaign code if you arrived from a campaign link. Email addresses, form contents, session identifiers, and payment-bearing URLs are stripped out before an event leaves your browser, and catalog searches send the number of results and selected collection and format, never the search text. If the analytics client is blocked or fails, the site keeps working. Tracking failure never blocks a purchase or a form. We do not use advertising pixels or cross-site ad trackers.

The website stores your selected color palette in your browser. Referral and campaign codes may also be stored locally for up to 90 days so a later checkout or enquiry can retain its source. These values are not passwords or payment details. You can clear them with your browser's site-data controls. The launch checklist saves checked items in this browser only. Its contents are not sent to Pagemage. Use Clear checks to reset it or Download checklist to keep a separate copy. If you save marketplace kits to a shortlist, this browser stores only their product identifiers. The shortlist is not sent to Pagemage; you can remove kits, clear the list, or erase this site's data in your browser.

Providers involved

Fonts, images, and page scripts are served with the website. Ordinary browsing makes zero third-party requests from the browser. Vercel still processes hosting requests and standard logs. Form submission, checkout, and email can involve the providers named above for their stated purposes.

Retention and requests

Form and optional billing records are stored in private files, not in an automated mailing platform. The current setup does not apply an age-based deletion schedule to every record; some operational lists have size limits. To unsubscribe from the discount-notice list without waiting on us, use the unsubscribe page. A suppression there stays in force even if the address is submitted again later. To ask us to locate, correct, or delete a submission, email hello@pagemage.tech from the address you used. We will review the request and confirm what action we can take.

Downloaded workbooks and calculators run on your device and do not send your edits to Pagemage. Export your work or save a backup before closing them.
