1. What you're buying

Pagemage is a digital website starter: a downloadable archive of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and serverless functions that you deploy yourself. Nothing is shipped physically, and access is delivered electronically immediately after payment.

2. Licenses

Your purchase includes the license described in the LICENSE.txt file bundled with the download: a single-project commercial license for the Standard tier, or an unlimited-client-projects license for the Pro tier. You may not resell or redistribute Pagemage as a template, theme, or boilerplate.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices are shown before checkout and include any applicable handling; taxes may be added by Stripe based on your location.

4. Refunds

Every purchase is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. See the refund policy for details.

5. No warranty

Pagemage is provided "as is." It is a starting point for your own project, and you are responsible for how you deploy and use it. We don't guarantee that it will meet your specific requirements or remain compatible with third-party services like Stripe or Vercel, which may change over time.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Pagemage is limited to the amount you paid for it.
