1. What you're buying

Pagemage is a digital website starter: a downloadable archive of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and serverless functions that you deploy yourself. Nothing is shipped physically, and access is delivered electronically immediately after payment.

2. Licenses

The marketplace also sells individual digital products. Each includes the files listed on its product page: five editable Markdown documents, an offline HTML workbook, a reading edition, a worked example, instructions, a license, and a file manifest. Calculator products also include their listed offline calculator. Kits are separate purchases from the website starter and do not include consulting or custom implementation.

Your purchase includes the license described in the LICENSE.txt file bundled with the download: Standard covers one project of your own, Pro covers unlimited projects you own, Agency Pack covers five named client projects with white-label rights, and Agency covers unlimited own and client projects with white-label rights. You may not resell or redistribute Pagemage as a template, theme, or boilerplate.

3. Payments

Digital product purchasers may adapt the materials for personal use, their own business, and client projects, and share completed documents with those clients or participants. The original kit, templates, and tools may not be resold or redistributed as a template product. See the product's included LICENSE.txt for its use rights.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices are shown before checkout and include any applicable handling; taxes may be added by Stripe based on your location.

4. Refunds

Every purchase is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. See the refund policy for details.

5. No warranty

Pagemage is provided "as is." It is a starting point for your own project, and you are responsible for how you deploy and use it. We don't guarantee that it will meet your specific requirements or remain compatible with third-party services like Stripe or Vercel, which may change over time.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Pagemage is limited to the amount you paid for it.
