No payment until you've approved the scope in writing.

What gets checked

One launch URL across desktop and mobile, including the primary CTA, forms, checkout handoff, key links, SEO basics, and analytics signals.

What you receive

A prioritized issue list with screenshots, severity, reproduction notes, and the smallest practical fix for each problem.

What it is not

This is not a redesign or implementation retainer. If the pass uncovers larger work, you get a clear handoff into Quick Launch, Complete, or Conversion Sprint.

Scope and delivery

What we deliver.

Scope: One launch URL and its primary buyer journey on one current desktop and one current mobile browser.
Timing: Two business days from the confirmed start.

Your handoff includes

  1. A test matrix showing browser, screen size, journey, and pass / fail / not tested status.
  2. A severity-ranked issue register with reproduction steps, screenshots, and expected versus observed behavior.
  3. Checks of core links, form feedback, mobile layout, keyboard access, metadata, and available analytics signals.
  4. A launch decision summary listing blockers, recommended follow-up, and any untested dependencies.

Prepare before we start

  • A reachable launch or staging URL and the intended primary conversion.
  • The pages, form destination, and test-mode payment path that belong in the review.
  • Known issues and the launch date; provide invited access separately if a page is protected.

Describe the work in the brief. We arrange account access after agreeing on scope. Do not send passwords or customer records.

How we check completion

  • Each reported defect is reproducible from the supplied steps.
  • Unavailable payment or analytics access is marked not tested, never passed.
  • The handoff states which blockers must be resolved before the planned launch.
01

Agree the scope

We confirm fit, the deliverable list, start date, review points, and price in writing before requesting payment. Turnarounds start after the required material and access are ready.

02

Review the work

One named owner returns consolidated feedback. Revision rounds refine the agreed work; new pages, providers, or functionality are quoted separately before they are added. Delayed access or feedback moves the schedule.

03

Receive the handoff

You receive the promised files or source changes, the verification record, remaining dependencies, and ownership instructions. A published page is not described as payment-ready until the live payment path is verified.

Your proposal confirms the pages, files, timing, and price before work starts. Review the refund policy and terms before approving a proposal.

Before you brief us

What we test and what you receive.

What do you test?

We test one launch URL across desktop and mobile, including the primary CTA, forms, checkout handoff, key links, SEO basics, and analytics signals.

Does QA include fixing issues?

The pass delivers prioritized findings with screenshots and reproduction notes. Larger implementation work is scoped separately rather than hidden inside the 48-hour review.

Delivery takes two business days after scope, payment, access, and materials are confirmed. Start with a Signal Audit if you need strategy rather than a prelaunch check.
