When to skip this kit
You need a native Excel, Canva, or Word template. This download contains Markdown documents and an offline HTML workbook, plus Notion import files you configure yourself.
You need autosave or cloud sync. Export Markdown or save a backup before closing the offline workbook.
You need someone to complete the work. These are worksheets to fill in yourself.
Read the first worksheet below to see whether its questions help with your task.

01Buyer situations

05Menu test
Each document has instructions, questions, and space for your answers. The final document includes a common mistake to check for before using your work.
The worked case contains five completed documents, one for each worksheet. Follow the evidence, decisions, and corrections across the same fictional project. The case is included in the workbook, reading edition, Markdown example, and optional Notion import.
Your completion check
Differentiate buyer fit, concrete outputs, required inputs and exclusions; check the actual booking mix, preserve interpretation failures and bounded retests, and confirm pricing, availability and the live enquiry route before publication.
Before you finish
Check this before you use it
Packages differ only in vague labels such as premium.
Explain the actual deliverables, boundaries, and appropriate buyer situation.
Use the final worksheet to record what needs fixing and what you still need to check.

Preserve counterexamples: someone who needs no service, needs a different provider, or cannot supply essential inputs. A useful menu can make “none of these” clear instead of funneling every visitor into the most expensive option.
Write a fit sentence for each candidate: “Choose [offer] when [specific situation] and you can provide [inputs]. It supplies [output], not [likely unsupported assumption].” Avoid promising sales, engagement, certification, or savings without evidence appropriate to that claim.
Check overlap: if two offers address the same situation with the same output, simplify or state the concrete scope difference. A diagnosis offer must not be a compulsory extra purchase for a buyer who already has an approved brief, unless the actual service requires a distinct check and you explain why.
Ready when each candidate has a distinct task, start condition, useful output, and honest no-fit boundary. Separate evidence of comprehensibility from evidence that anyone will buy.

What you will make
A small service menu whose options differ in useful scope.
This is the complete first worksheet from the current edition. The full kit adds the remaining four documents, a worked scenario, and the offline editing workbook, plus an optional Notion import ZIP with Markdown pages and CSV databases.
Worked example
See the worked-case summary
Fictional example included in edition 2.49.1.
Fictional case: North Studio replaces overlapping service descriptions with a design review, a defined implementation project, and a monthly design plan. Eight-hour and 18-hour delivery models fit one candidate month; adding a 20-hour monthly plan would exceed its available capacity. Three complete cards explain scope, requirements, and quoted availability. A viewer initially reads the monthly offer as unlimited emergency support; revised wording and a same-person retest correct that interpretation, while a fourth viewer selects no offer for an out-of-hours operational incident.
Before you choose
What should I have ready for this kit?
Bring buyer situations, delivery capacity, included outcomes. Mark anything you still need to check.
How do I know the work is finished?
A small service menu whose options differ in useful scope. Check your answers against the original records and note anything unresolved before sharing your work.
What is in the Notion import pack?
The download includes an optional NOTION-IMPORT.zip with authored Markdown page templates and sample-filled CSV databases. Import the files in Notion, then set field types and any database relations yourself. Alongside those files, you receive editable Markdown documents and an offline HTML workbook. Set up the imported pages and tables yourself. These are not native Excel, Canva, or Word templates. Extract the whole ZIP before opening the HTML files. Mobile file managers may not run local scripts; the text files and reading edition remain available.
Will this do the work for me?
The kit supplies structure, questions, and examples. You provide the facts, make the decisions, and adapt the finished output. You are responsible for checking the finished work. Custom implementation and professional review are not included.
