Included

A form, consent text, and a tested connection.

Good fit

Visitors are interested, but you cannot follow up.

Choose Lead Capture Setup when you need a signup form connected to your list. Choose Measurement Setup when you need event visibility, or Offer Tune-Up when the promise itself is unclear.

This is a two-business-day implementation for one capture path. It does not include ongoing newsletter strategy, copy campaigns, or a marketing platform subscription.

Scope and delivery

What we deliver.

Scope: One permission-based signup form connected to one existing email or lead destination.
Timing: Two business days from the confirmed start.

Your handoff includes

  1. A recommended signup placement and concise invitation and confirmation copy.
  2. An accessible form with labels, validation, consent context, and success and error feedback.
  3. One destination connection with the agreed source fields and basic spam protection.
  4. A test record and handoff map showing where records arrive and how to investigate a failure.

Prepare before we start

  • The storefront URL, intended subscriber, and the reason someone would join.
  • The chosen destination and owner-approved consent and privacy wording.
  • Invited destination access and a test address you control, supplied after scope approval.

Describe the work in the brief. We arrange account access after agreeing on scope. Do not send passwords or customer records.

How we check completion

  • A valid test submission reaches the agreed destination once.
  • Invalid input and destination failures leave a recoverable form state.
  • The form makes its purpose clear and does not expose subscriber records publicly.
01

Agree the scope

We confirm fit, the deliverable list, start date, review points, and price in writing before requesting payment. Turnarounds start after the required material and access are ready.

02

Review the work

One named owner returns consolidated feedback. Revision rounds refine the agreed work; new pages, providers, or functionality are quoted separately before they are added. Delayed access or feedback moves the schedule.

03

Receive the handoff

You receive the promised files or source changes, the verification record, remaining dependencies, and ownership instructions. A published page is not described as payment-ready until the live payment path is verified.

Your proposal confirms the pages, files, timing, and price before work starts. Review the refund policy and terms before approving a proposal.

Before you brief us

What we need to connect your form.

What is included?

We choose one useful signup moment, wire the form and consent language, connect the configured destination, and verify the path on desktop and mobile.

What do I need to provide?

Send a live storefront URL, describe who should join the list, and name the email or lead destination you already use or want to configure. We never ask for subscriber exports or account passwords in the brief.

Do you provide an email marketing account?

No. You provide or choose the email platform; the scope wires the agreed form and destination without taking ownership of your subscriber data.
