No payment until you've approved the scope in writing.
Included
One checkout path, on desktop and mobile.
Trace of one offer-to-payment path on desktop and mobile
Diagnosis of the highest-impact checkout or handoff friction
Implementation of the agreed fixes in the Pagemage flow
Verification pass with a short before-and-after handoff
Good fit
Buyers reach checkout and have trouble paying.
Choose Checkout Rescue when people reach the offer but hesitate, drop, or report trouble paying. Choose Launch QA Pass for a prelaunch check, or Conversion Sprint when the whole funnel needs a larger experiment plan.
This is a two-business-day pass for one buyer path. It does not include a full redesign, new offer strategy, or ongoing optimization.
Scope and delivery
What we deliver.
Scope: One existing Pagemage offer-to-payment path and one agreed checkout defect or friction point. Timing: Two business days from the confirmed start.
Your handoff includes
A buyer-path map and a reproducible diagnosis of the agreed problem.
The focused implementation change in the existing checkout flow.
A verification record covering the successful path, cancellation, and relevant failure or retry behavior.
A source-change summary, rollback instructions, and remaining risks or dependencies.
Prepare before we start
The live or staging URL, payment provider, and a description of the failure.
A reproducible example without customer payment details, plus any relevant redacted error message.
Invited repository and provider test access after scope approval; never send secret keys in the brief.
Describe the work in the brief. We arrange account access after agreeing on scope. Do not send passwords or customer records.
How we check completion
The agreed defect no longer reproduces in the tested environment.
Payment verification and download authorization remain server-side.
The handoff distinguishes test-mode verification from any owner-approved live transaction.
01
Agree the scope
We confirm fit, the deliverable list, start date, review points, and price in writing before requesting payment. Turnarounds start after the required material and access are ready.
02
Review the work
One named owner returns consolidated feedback. Revision rounds refine the agreed work; new pages, providers, or functionality are quoted separately before they are added. Delayed access or feedback moves the schedule.
03
Receive the handoff
You receive the promised files or source changes, the verification record, remaining dependencies, and ownership instructions. A published page is not described as payment-ready until the live payment path is verified.
Your proposal confirms the pages, files, timing, and price before work starts. Review the refund policy and terms before approving a proposal.
Before you brief us
Scope and required inputs.
What does the pass cover?
We trace one buyer path from offer click through payment, identify the largest source of friction, and ship the agreed fixes with a verification pass.
What do I need to provide?
Send a live storefront URL, the checkout or payment platform you use, and a short description of where buyers get stuck. Test credentials or private payment details are never requested in the brief.
Is this a full conversion redesign?
No. Checkout Rescue is bounded to one payment path and its main checkout problem. A broader funnel rebuild belongs in Conversion Sprint.
