Only polished artifacts are shown, hiding what was learned.
Pair a finished sample with a decision or revision that demonstrates growth.
Use the final worksheet to record what needs fixing and what you still need to check.

What is in the Notion import pack?

# Skill map and next practice
## Skill statement
- Skill ID and plain-language name: [ ]
- Task where this skill matters: [use an observable verb and real context]
- What a capable result looks like: [criteria a reviewer could see]
- Why this skill is relevant to the audience or work you want: [evidence, not a trend claim]
## Starting point
- What can I complete now without help? [specific sample or task]
- Where do I pause, guess, or need a reference? [record the task step]
- What source supports this observation? [date and neutral reference]
- What is still unknown? [ ]
## Practice loop
1. Choose a bounded task that resembles the intended work.
2. Save a dated starting version before editing.
3. Work against the stated criteria; note any assistance or reference used.
4. Ask a reviewer a neutral task question rather than "Do you like it?"
5. Record one change, one reason, and one remaining limitation.
6. Set a next review date and connect the resulting sample in Work Samples.
## Review
- New evidence and version: [ ]
- What I can now do more independently: [describe this task only]
- What still needs practice or qualified review: [ ]
- Next task and date: [ ]
Avoid scoring yourself with invented precision. A small set of examples is useful for reflection but is not a standardized assessment.
