Use the final worksheet to record what needs fixing and what you still need to check.
List products and the attributes that change fulfillment, price, or stock tracking.

What is in the Notion import pack?
The download includes an optional NOTION-IMPORT.zip with authored Markdown page templates and sample-filled CSV databases. Import the files in Notion, then set field types and any database relations yourself. Alongside those files, you receive editable Markdown documents and an offline HTML workbook. Set up the imported pages and tables yourself. These are not native Excel, Canva, or Word templates. Extract the whole ZIP before opening the HTML files. Mobile file managers may not run local scripts; the text files and reading edition remain available.

- Family reference and current source revision: [ ]
- Current public name and approved source: [ ]
- Person who owns the source product facts: [ ]
- Storage location of approved specification and photographs: [ ]
## What makes a distinct item?

| Existing listing or record | Candidate variant reference | Buyer-selectable attributes | Physical specification source | Pick/pack difference | Identity verified by / date |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| [ ] | [ ] | [size, finish, bundle, etc.] | [approved reference] | [observable difference] | [ ] |
## Reconcile the catalog before naming
- Source exports and date captured: [ ]
- Stable source-row reference for each record: [ ]
- Duplicate titles or identifiers found: [ ]
- Evidence that resolves each ambiguity: [ ]
- Unresolved rows and owner: [ ]
Do not merge similar-looking records until the real product, dimensions, configuration, and source evidence agree. Keep unresolved records on hold.
