Each document has instructions, questions, and space for your answers. The final document includes a common mistake to check for before using your work.
The worked case contains five completed documents, one for each worksheet. Follow the evidence, decisions, and corrections across the same fictional project. The case is included in the workbook, reading edition, Markdown example, and optional Notion import.
Your completion check
Show a complete authentic current sample, reconcile meaningful worksheets and technical file counts, state the preview format and actual requirements, preserve mismatch and viewer failures, and verify public preview against protected delivery before release.
Before you finish
Check this before you use it
The preview promises polish or functionality missing from the download.
Choose a real included section and label what the buyer must customize.
Use the final worksheet to record what needs fixing and what you still need to check.
Purpose: choose a sample that helps someone judge fit rather than merely admire a cover.
Question ledger: audience and task | uncertainty in their words | evidence source/date | product feature that could answer | authentic file/section | requirement or limitation | unanswered part. Distinguish actual buyer questions, internal assumptions, and fictional teaching scenarios.
Typical uncertainties: depth of instructions; whether one task can be completed; editable versus reading format; actual contents; required companion files/apps; saving behavior; device limitations; rights; what the buyer must supply. Choose the uncertainty most consequential for an informed purchase, not only the easiest attractive screenshot.
Evidence hierarchy: complete real included section; exact format demonstration; checked file inventory; bounded worked example labeled fictional; measured receiving task if actually performed. A mockup can illustrate appearance but cannot establish that the supplied file opens or behaves that way.
Constraints: third-party/client permissions; private information; content needed for meaningful context; accessibility and readable text; availability of the real artifact. If a rights or factual gate is unresolved, choose authorized original material or hold publication.
Decision: question selected [ ]; authentic evidence to show [ ]; what it establishes [ ]; what remains unproven [ ]; owner [ ]. Avoid promises of universal compatibility, commercial results, or research coverage not supported by checks.
Ready when the chosen preview can answer a concrete question using the current product and has a clear limit.

Worked example
See the worked-case summary
Fictional example included in edition 2.49.1.
Fictional case: the Local Workshop Kit needs a useful sample for first-time facilitators. The team chooses its complete session-brief worksheet from version 1.4.1, labels the demonstration separately from the full purchase, and reconciles five worksheets inside a 13-file archive. A cached 1.4.0 sample has stale arrival wording and fails delivery comparison; the corrected candidate is rechecked against the exact extraction. Two fictional viewers reveal a mobile-workbook misunderstanding and then receive clearer format limits. No real customer test or sales result is implied.
Before you choose
What should I have ready for this kit?
Bring actual product files, buyer questions, file manifest. Mark anything you still need to check.
How do I know the work is finished?
A representative preview that matches the delivered depth and format. Check your answers against the original records and note anything unresolved before sharing your work.
What is in the Notion import pack?
The download includes an optional NOTION-IMPORT.zip with authored Markdown page templates and sample-filled CSV databases. Import the files in Notion, then set field types and any database relations yourself. Alongside those files, you receive editable Markdown documents and an offline HTML workbook. Set up the imported pages and tables yourself. These are not native Excel, Canva, or Word templates. Extract the whole ZIP before opening the HTML files. Mobile file managers may not run local scripts; the text files and reading edition remain available.
Will this do the work for me?
The kit supplies structure, questions, and examples. You provide the facts, make the decisions, and adapt the finished output. You are responsible for checking the finished work. Custom implementation and professional review are not included.
Included Notion import files · fictional preview data
Honest Product Preview Desk
9 Notion page templates, 1 completed worked-case page and 4 sample-filled CSV databases. Extract the product download, then import NOTION-IMPORT.zip in Notion desktop or web.

Record the decision a buyer is trying to make, then gather evidence from the actual product and its verified requirements.
